It’s said time flies when you’re having fun, at Martin’s Restaurant in Myrtle Beach, we couldn’t agree more as we celebrate our 25th Anniversary! That’s right, we’ve been serving up delicious cuisine to guests for 25 years. To celebrate we’ll take a quick flashback to where we got our start and introduce our special Anniversary menu.

Our owner, Martin Dobr, has been on the culinary scene for quite some time and has traveled the world cooking for celebrities. Born in Prague, Czechoslovakia, he’s been in the restaurant business for 40 years. His roots and world travels can be seen in the vast array of items on the Martin’s menu – everything from escargot to roast duckling. Martin started Martin’s Restaurant in 1993. Located in the lobby of The Long Bay Resort, we offer seating for 175 guests and are open for breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, we feature a hot breakfast buffet and create your own omelet station. The buffet contains your typical breakfast fare including eggs, bacon, sausage, danishes, pancakes, french toast, grits, cereal and fresh fruit. At night we feature an early bird menu with discounted pricing on some of our most popular menu items. Dinner is a casual affair in a fine dining atmosphere perfect for a family gathering or a date night. One of the highlights of dinner at Martin’s is the tableside service – which consists of caesar salads created from scratch right before your eyes and flames flying from the banana fosters dessert.

Recently, we’ve made a few updates to celebrate our 25th year with a fresh new look. We’ve created a new logo which lends a relaxed, beachy feel with a whimsical script featuring a seagull as the parentheses in Martin’s. When you come in to dine with us, you’ll notice a new, more concise menu with our new look. Visit our new website, where you’re able to check out our menu and gives you the opportunity to purchase your favorite homemade salad dressings. 25 years is something to celebrate, and in honor of our anniversary, we’re featuring a Special Anniversary Menu for the rest of the year. This three-course dinner menu is only $25 per person and is full of our most popular appetizers, entrees and decadent desserts! For an appetizer you’ll be served the Soup Du Jour of the day along with your choice of a Garden Fresh Salad or Caesar Salad. The Entree selection includes a 6 oz Filet Mignon, Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Parmigiana, Fresh Atlantic Salmon, and of course, Wienerschnitzel. For dessert the options are Creme Brulee, Apple Pie Ala Mode, and an Ice Cream Sundae.

    I love Martin’s Restaurant. I most always have the salmon but occasionally I will have the grouper, eggplant rollotini, scallops or the filet. It is all delicious. And it is always an awesome dining experience with very attentive staff and bartenders.
