The days are becoming shorter and as the final waves of summer wash away, fall is about to be in full swing here in Myrtle Beach. That means time to get outdoors and enjoy the cooler temperatures and less crowds. One of the activities that picks up around this time of year is golf – and at Martin’s Restaurant in Myrtle Beach – we love catering to golfers. We’re located in the lobby of Long Bay Resort, so whether you’re staying at the resort or dropping in before or after your tee time, we’ve got your meals covered.
We serve a hot breakfast that perfect to fuel up on before you hit the links. We have a breakfast buffet that includes all your breakfast favorites such as eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, gravy, hash browns, pancakes, and french toast. There’s also fresh fruit and cereal available. For those that enjoy customizing their omelet, we have a build your own omelet station. You can pick from various fresh vegetables and cheeses and watch as it’s created right in front of your eyes. Although we can’t promise the meal will improve your score, we know it will give you the energy to make it through the round.
Planning on a place to dine after a day of putting for par? We serve a delicious dinner that includes a variety of steak, seafood, and European cuisine. We even offer Wienerschnitzel that’s the best within 100 miles! At Martin’s we strive to exceed your expectations and create a dining experience, unique to each time you dine with us. We offer tableside service, so a fresh caesar salad or warm dessert can be concocted right before your eyes. Flames will be flying as your meal goes from simply dinner to dinner and a show. And right now we’re celebrating 25 years of serving vacationers and the Grand Strand. For those that get off the golf course early and are hoping to squeeze in dinner before a night of exploring Myrtle Beach – we also have an Early Bird Menu. This menu is available before 6:30 pm and for those that are dining in Martin’s. The Early Bird Menu is a three course dinner that includes soup, salad, and a main course. We also serve complimentary bread. This menu features some popular dishes from our main menu including Filet Mignon, Chicken Piccata, Chicken Parmigiana, and Shrimp Scampi. Myrtle Beach is known as the ‘Golf Capital of the World’ and has over a 100 award winning courses along the Grand Strand. There are a few nice courses to play within close proximity to Long Bay Resort and Martin’s Restaurant. Dunes Golf & Beach Club is a beautiful semi-private club course that was designed by Robert Trent Jones and is known as the crown jewel of the Myrtle Beach golf scene. Myrtlewood Golf Club is known for both is playability and affordability. It features a scenic course that’s challenging for all golf skill levels. Pine Lakes International Country Club, aka “The Grandaddy”, was the first golf course in Myrtle Beach.
