02 Jul Top 5 Dishes to Order Tonight for Dinner
Dinner is served at Martin’s Restaurant in the lobby of The Long Bay Resort in Myrtle Beach. Our eclectic menu features timeless dishes and unique meals that will satisfy any one’s taste buds. After a day spent by the ocean or exploring around Myrtle Beach, here are the Top 5 Dishes you should be ordering tonight for dinner:
For the seafood lovers in the group, we recommend the Scallops Denia. This dish is a crowd pleaser and consists of pan seared scallops, tomatoes, spinach, cream and rouille sauce (a roasted red pepper sauce). Pair it with a glass of white wine and you might just have a new go-to order at Martin’s.
Grouper a la Francese
Our Grouper a la Francese is always a delicious choice! To prepare this dish, we first dip the fresh Grouper in flour before dipping it in a beaten egg mixture. We then sauteed it and serve it with lemon butter over angel hair pasta.
This crowd favorite consists of breaded chicken breast with marinara, topped with cheese and then baked. We then serve it over angel hair pasta with marinara sauce. Our homemade marinara sauce is delicious and pack tons of flavor in every bite!
One of the main reasons you should order the Wienerschnitzel is that it’s the best in 1,000 miles! Our customers come back time after time for our breaded veal cutlet. It can be prepared in a variety of ways including Holstein Style with a sunny side up egg and anchovies, Jaeger Style with a mushroom sauce, or Milanese Style with homemade marinara when requested. And just as expected we serve all of our Wienerschnitzel dishes with pan fried potatoes and red cabbage.
Calling all garlic fanatics – you’re going to love this unique steak! We take a 14 oz cut of New York steak and prepare it with ample amounts of garlic cloves to create a delicious dish with a distinct flavor. Pair with a glass of red wine for a smooth finish.
If reading this is making you hungry, make plans to enjoy dinner at Martin’s Restaurant in Myrtle Beach, Monday through Saturday from 5pm to 10pm. We hope to see you!
